Joining OGEHR

We welcome all persons interested in the mission and activities of the OGEHR into Guild membership.

The membership year runs from October 1 to the following September 30.
Full-year fees are payable October 1 to March 31; half-year fees are payable April 1 to September 30.

Persons may join the Guild in one of two ways:

1. Individual Membership ($25 [full-year] or $15 [half-year], per person)

Individual Memberships are for single persons who wish to join the Guild directly.

• Download, print and complete the Individual Membership Form
• Mail the completed form and a cheque for the appropriate fee to the Guild

2. Affiliate Membership (free, with the payment of a Group Membership)

Affiliate Memberships are for persons from an organization (church, school, community choir, business) who wish to join the Guild through their organization.

Group Membership fees are $45 [full-year] or $25 [half-year]. Each Group Membership fee covers an unlimited number of Affiliate Memberships through that Group Membership.

Affiliate Members may also purchase a separate subscription to Clapper Chatter, the Guild newsletter. Subscription fees are $15 [full-year] or $10 [half-year].

• Download, print and complete the Individual Membership Form for each person
• Submit all completed Individual Membership Forms, and any subscription fees, the the organization's Group Contact Person
• Download, print and complete the Group Affiliate Addition Summary Form for the organization
• Download, print and complete the Group Membership Form for the organization
• Mail all completed forms and a cheque for the appropriate fee to the Guild
